Dear Kay, Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with our product and return process. We understand that you found the item unsuitable for your space. However, we'd like to clarify a few points regarding our return policy: 1. As you mentioned, the product was never completely unpacked and remained in its original packaging. This indicates that the return was not due to an issue with the product quality or function. 2. In the retail industry, this type of return is commonly referred to as a "Remorse Return" or "Unwanted Return." It occurs when a customer decides they no longer want an item, not because of any defect or error on the part of the seller. 3. For such returns, it is standard practice in e-commerce for customers to bear the cost of return shipping. This policy helps us maintain competitive prices for all our customers. We strive to be transparent about our policies and believe this approach is fair to all our customers. While we understand it may not be ideal in every situation, it allows us to offer high-quality products at reasonable prices. We value your business and hope this explanation provides clarity on our policy. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you, and we hope to have the chance to provide a more satisfactory experience in the future. Best regards, John/ Ehomeinc.com
