I'm was a Global Account Executive for Dell Computer Corporation for many years while serving Global 100 clients/customers, and leading and managing the successful careers of many talented B2B sales professionals. The young lady who helped me setup a new account (after being with your competitor for a decade and they became complacent and failed multiple times (+10x) to so much as provide a simple answer to my simple (same) Support Request inquiry.
