the company has discontinued live person customer support...good luck emailing them..you might hear something in a week...avoid this company...they are too difficult to work with Unbelievable: I put up a negative review and the company responded within 8 hours, but trying to get my account cancelled has dragged on for several weeks...this is a really poorly run operation that should worry more about customer satisfaction than company reputation

Hello, I am a First time user on a trial period and needed some clarifications about the get-started instructions. The first happy surprise was not only that I was able to get an actual person on the phone outside of standard business hours. but also that the very kind and friendly agent, Kelley, was super knowledgeable, patient and detailed in her explanation of the entire process. Which made feel like a pro. based on my professional experience, Kelley was able to provide me with a perfectly excellent customer service experience and absolutely deserves a promotion and raise. I had to cancel my service because I was deployed for a storm indefinitely and the customer service rep was so thoughtful and concerned that I was safe! I greatly appreciated that. Thank you for providing great service and concern during a trying time.
