I open a 7-day free trial one day and the next day it didn't work. I contacted representative Minh and he found out the reason, why. My fax number was closed and given to someone else. WTH! At least I did not give the number out. I did open up another free trial period and will see how things go the next 7-days. If things goes well, I will upgrade. Thanks again! They make it impossible to cancel the account. Their "help" says to go to a place on your account and select cancel... but it does not exist on my account in both of their "old" and "new" website. I call their customer service and they heavily suggest writing an email or using online chat. I wait on the phone and no one ever answers, just endless hold. The chat is no better, it said there were "3 people ahead of me"... for over an hour. Then it said 2 people, then the chat closed down by their "bot" saying to try again later. This has happened several times now and I have had to resort to telling my credit card company to not pay them. A Google search reveals my experience is very common and it is very obvious that this is willful and an intentional "dark pattern". They have even charged me late fees when I cannot even get in contact to cancel. You can sign up in 5 minutes, but it takes hours to try and cancel. This is a terrible way to treat customers, especially one who only needs to send a fax once every 3 years. Shame on this company for treating me this way.

I was not impressed by the web site and how difficult it was to cancel my order, but when I called a lovely lady called Iria M in customer service, She could not have been nicer or more helpfull.
