I emailed to ask to cancel my eFax account and got a respond 1 day later asking me to go to a '/cancel webpage' from 6am to 6pm Pacific time. The webpage only went into their main page. I called the Singapore number at 7.45am and 8.05am Pacific time and the respond was it was out of working hours.

Awful. Incredibly difficult to cancel your subscription. Even when you cancel, they still charge you. Do not trust.

If you could let us know your fax number or customer id via the private message we sent you we will investigate your charges you mention. Note - If an account is closed there will be.no charges, so if there was, there must be an error which we'd like to look into for you and if any charges debited wrongly - we will of course refund. Many Thanks, eFax Support Team Update: 1/10/2018 - Hi Gregor, We wanted to reach out again as you had mentioned there was charges after you've cancelled that we would like to investigate for you. The only way for this to occur would be if the account or another was still open.
