Update: DON"T USE THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY. After days of trying to reach them with no response or answers to the numerous emails and messages left on their contact web page, and over an hour of waiting on chat, they deleted all my faxes. After paying all that money for the past two years, they just delete without any warning or way to reach them so i could change my credit card, this is a ripp off and i'm filing a complaint with bbb, they should refund all the money i spent on this useless service. I don't believe the following reviews naming specific customer service reps, I was ok with efax, though i think it's pricey for $13 a month and i barely use it. I had to change my credit card recently and forgot to update my efax account. They suspended it without any advance notice, i have been unable to reach them for days, sending emails, calling and not able to access chat until today. Then after waiting i finally get a maria pamanes and since she was in sales and realized this was not a commission based inquiry, just disconnects me and puts me back in que, now i'm waiting for 20 minutes. I have important faxes in my inbox and archieves and can't get inforamtion on whether they are deleted, i can't even log in to change my credit card, I also was never happy with their log in process, from day one i have had issues with my password option, it will only take the pin they issued and have never been able to personalize it. It never works. I will update everyone on the outcome. At this point i'm not interested in this service just my archieves.

Efax stopped faxing. Was able to speak with someone who assisted me with uninstalling and reinstalling. This resolved my issue.
