This is not news, it's called corruption. CNN is fake news. No, not like the right wing says, like logic and common sense says. CNN runs stories on things they have monetary investments in and then has outright ads by the dozens mixed in with news. Every US citizen is deserves better than a for profit corporation that uses "News" and the government benefits that come with being a "News" organization to shore up and support their backdoor investments.
