Nada funcionó. Hice pedido y nunca llegó, y tampoco el dinero. Nadie respondió nunca a más de 30 mails que envíé. No se puede hablar con ellos, no hay teléfono de contacto

A fuir : commande d'une lampe passée le 6 octobre, jamais reçue. Ca fait 3 emails que j'envoie, je n'ai aucune réponse de leur part. ARNAQUE.

I ordered four lamps in September. I haven't received any shipping confirmation. I received one lamp a few days ago. The box was damaged, but apparently the lamp itself wasn't damaged. I've tried contacting them twice with no response. I'm not sure I'll receive the remaining three lamps. Terrible customer service. No response from them so far.

I bought 2 lamps in august, I’m still waiting one of them, no answer to my mails requesting information about sending the lamp or returning the money… more than 2 months sending mails every week…

Son estafadores directamente. Les pedí 2 lamparas y mandaron 1 sola. Les he contactado reiteradamente por distintas vías y ni siquiera responden.

Realizamos un pedido el 18/08/2025, a dia de hoy (4/09/25) no hemos recibido el paquete. No hay manera de contactar con la empresa. No aparece número de teléfono, y los correos electrónicos que hemos enviado, no han sido respondidos, tampoco el mensaje enviado a través de la web. No recibimos el mail con número de seguimiento, y por lo tanto no podemos realizar consultas. Es desesperante.

I ordered a lamp (Fatboy like) the 10th of June and I’m still waiting to receive the product. Wrote multiple times to the Company and they responded only once to gave me the Mondial Relay tracking number. Unfortunately the shipment is not moving and is stuck at the agency where it was delivered by Edisonlamp. I tried to contact Mondial Relay with no response. Same with Edisonlamp. Stay away, they are nor reliable nor serious.
