eDirectory.comReviews of edirectory.com

I am just getting started but the demo was pretty in-depth, not rushed, and answered my questions. From my research, this was the only service that would provide the look and feel that we are going for!

I chose eDirectory because of the features and having several options to customize my site. I left out one star because of the extra costs in hosting, add-ons, service etc that I thought came with the product. Overall, it is one of the pricier options out there, but hopefully the support and service are great enough to get me setup these first 30 days.

So far so good. Not much to rate, since I just signed up. However the early black Friday special was a deal I couldn't resist.

Daniel assisted me with everything. He was very helpful. I like the platform based on the demo and I am looking forward to experiencing all the cool features once I dive into the software.

I just started, and at the moment I'm dealing with the website setup. Manageable dashboard and configuration even if you do not have the experience. However, if the main categories and subcategories were pre-configured were more manageable tasks to deal with the setting. Also, the payments gateway could be more precise, and it can add a one-off payment feature. Moreover, the customers can not manage entire their subscriptions, payments or downgrades, which require additional tasks from the website administrator. However, dealing with Daniel in the buying process was a pleasure, and he answers all my questions in knowledge.

Good menu and filtering options, looks simple to use

Wide range of functionality, including location search, different pricing levels and looks fairly simple to get up and running

My experience so far has been great the platform is very user friendly. My site will be up and running in a matter of days.
