Edible ArrangementsReviews of ediblearrangements.com

They are amazing! I have ordered from their Wilmington, NC location as well as San Francisco, CA and other locations. Every time they were on time and food is amazing quality. Thank you for making birthdays so easy for me.

I received a beautiful arrangement as a gift unfortunately the driver left it on my back deck in 90 degree weather. When I got home at night the fruit was rotten. The store that delivered it said there was nothing they could do. I felt horrible for the person that ordered it. It must have been well over $100. If you’re looking to send a gift, send flowers, not edible arrangement!

I received some chocolate covered Strawberries as a gift. They were lovely, but the next day 3 of them had mold on them. The next day all the other ones did too. We were home when the delivery was made and refrigerated them with 20 minutes of delivery. Terrible experience.

I ordered a small birthday bouquet from edible arrangements. While waiting for my delivery, I came across many bad reviews which scared me. However, to my surprise, my bouquet arrived on time and was beautiful, bigger than I expected. The chocolate coated fruits were fresh. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

I will not be ordering from this Edible Arrangements location again: Edible Arrangements - 1250 1783 W Howard Street Chicago, IL 60626 They charged me a little more, even with me having a coupon. Also I ordered a CYOB & popcorn and the popcorn never delivered. I spoke to a manager and she seem like she didn't care to help me. Very rude! Never got refunded for it.

I've purchased before and everything was fine. Since covid, I have ordered twice and had someone send me a sympathy fruit bouquet and fruit basket. The first order was for my sons bday. They left it outside in the heat (usually they will call and come back later). Never got a phone call. Some of the strawberries were already moldy. The second order had the same problem. The chocolate was melting and the next day, the fruit was all moldy. The gift bouquet and fruit basket was the same. The whole oranges in the basket were awful quality. Not sure why they even sent this out. I will never order from them again. Such a waste of money.

We occasionally order from them and we're satisfied with most of our orders, but the last order we made was for 10 cups of chocolate-covered Granny Smith apples. When we received the order the apples we're not cold or even cool, they were room temperature. Plus the worse part is they were not Granny Smith apples, they were a soft yellow apple. They went bad in just 2 days. I wrote and complained about the order but never heard back from anyone. That will probably be my last order from them.

I placed an order of fruits with ballon and when received the ballon was not there and the delivery guy said I don’t know what happen when I went after him. And also it stated non contact delivery there will be no charge but they charged me. It’s been 3 days since I emailed the store manger and no respond I keep calling the store they never answer. Such horrible experience to have when it was my first time. They stoked my money. This is Burbank location in California store number #229
