Virtually Impossible to Reach — Deeply Flawed Phone Support System
I’ve never experienced anything like this. It took me over 2,400 call attempts and 40+ minutes just to reach the initial CA PFL waiting line — only for the call to abruptly disconnect. Whether it was a system issue or something else, it was incredibly frustrating. After that, I was seemingly deprioritized, and despite making over 5,600 additional call attempts and waiting another 3+ hours, I was never able to get through again. When you can get through, the service may be helpful — but the phone system is technically broken. It makes connecting manually nearly impossible and leaves people stuck in endless redialing loops with no recourse.

Hi, please email [email protected] to get a refund. We will consider removing the attempts amount to cause less stress for our users. Our system uses a stable system to make calls, not like EDD which is why your call dropped. We cannot fix PFL when they call you directly.
