Ecwid by LightspeedReviews of ecwid.com

I've been using Ecwid for 3 years now. With their help, I've built a full e-commerce site with hundreds of items. They've helped me learn more about marketing my small business and about SEO which is great because I'm not computer savvy. Now I'm expanding to other sales channels with them, it's so easy. Ecwid is the best thing I've done for my business.

I signed up with Ecwid last month. When Im with them a year, I will give another review. I just wanted to say after looking over all the other websites, Ecwid had what I was looking for. Price is nice too. I'm very happy I signed up with Ecwid. I love the platform because I can sell digital products and use plentiful to push my designs on Ecwid. Thanks Ecwid.

We are using ECWID for last 4 years and i must say this is the best Ecommerce store in the market. It has very powerful features and very friendly user interface. The mobile app works very efficiently and the most important part is the customer service , they are super fast to respond to any queries by email. I highly recommend ECWID to any start- up or even established business!

I created my first website on ecwid a year ago. It literally took me 2 days to finish the website (I have good experience in this). Ecwid platform is super easy for non experienced dudes looking for an easy and fast way to start your ecommerce business.

ECWID launched and saved my business. I started on ECWID and was selling a lot of product. But I realized there were so many more apps and integrations compatible with Shopify. I migrated to Shopify and got no sales. I also lost money because they can't really calculate shipping based on the size of the box, like ECWID. I decided to go back to ECWID. They kept my account, and I used the same migration company. It was easy to go back. I was all set up and I started getting sales again, especially from Ebay. Somehow they manage to categorize the products correctly, while there was Zip on Shopify. I never realized how important the shipping calculation was until I didn't have it. Ecwid also has a built in feature that allows your clients to upload their photos for my personalized products. I realized ECWID was the better deal, with so many built in features that I had to pay for in Shopify. My sales are increasing, so I am assuming the SEO is better. It took a mistake like migrating out of this platform to appreciate what I was missing. Their iPhone app, to enter products is so easy to use also. The other thing I liked is that the menu is better, and when you display a category with subcategories they appear under the category. Anyway I can't say enough about how good ECWID has been for my small business. I would highly recommend it.

I have been very happy at Ecwid. They provide a great storefront experience for my customers. I do not like seeing other people leaving bad reviews because they do not get sales because Ecwid is not a marketing service, they simply provide a shop for you to sell your products.

free to use ecommerce, hard to find out there. Good interface and easy to use, and if you want to upgrade, there are many plans to choose from. You can just what's best for you.

I’ve used Ecwid and I love the platform itself. Everything is so simplified it’s insane. I love how you have different options to choose shipping carriers, to be able to put in so many different variants. It’s a pretty open e-commerce gateway. But others tend to think there’s not enough. I’m not saying it’ll be for everyone but it works just fine for me.
