Customer support is really lacking when it comes to communication regarding account issues. The CSR who is assisting seems unknowledgeable and didn't know how to properly address my concern. Due to this experience, I recommend you to STAY AWAY and find other online banking options.

Poor customer service. I had to look for an alternative service provider after I had a bad encounter with theirs about an issue with my account.
