EcoVadis is a window dressing company. Our company had five suscription in different countries, as we are working on global level most of the documents are on group level and therefore are the same. Suprisenly in one country the document was excepted and in the other not. Depending on the mood of the reviewer - if it is not already done via AI - the scoring ends up good or bad for your company. If you have the possiblity to select another company which shows the sustainablity of your company, go for it and skip Ecovadis.

Really expensive and unhelpful company regarding the scoring of the system, you get hounded to pay pay pay! Then 100 days to complete a gargantuan questionnaire, once complete following their guidance they benchmark completely differently to other platforms. When you raise this and ask to be rescored appropriately they want the best part of another €1000 for the rescore, communication from support is slow and literally zero help led to the subscription being cancelled - You have been warned
