Hello I Rodrigues, It looks like you are from the UK. We actually have not worked with anyone in the UK as we are US Service based business helping clients start coffee businesses. Also, I'm uncertain what you mean by "products" and returns, again we are service based, we don't ship anything out. What company are you referring to? I also checked our backend system and we have no one in our system with your name or country.

EDIT: Hello Adam, if you can provide us the invoice that you recieved from us and receipts for your advertising spend for your order we will refund you not only the $449.50 but all of your spend on advertising. Trust Pilot verified this review after I asked you to give us the invoice details, which you provided as #13. Our order numbers start at 1000. We don't deal with Aliexpress at all, so I'm uncertain where you got that from. If you look on our website we deal with coffee and print-on-demand products located in the United States. Also Trust pilot did also say that they have no way of differentiating fabricated reviews versus real ones. ---- Hello Adam, we checked our orders list, you stated that you were order #13. That can't be correct because we never had an order #13. Our orders numbers started at 1000. Can you please give us the proper order number? We also don't have your email or name in our customer database or email list at all. This must be about a different business. I'm sorry that you had the experience that you did. We encourage you to review the actual business you had this experience with. You also stated that you paid for a store with products and suppliers from Aliexpress. We actually don't work with Aliexpress or any other dropshipping directories. We work with the suppliers directly in order to cut out middleman fees, and insure high quality suppliers and relationships. We would like the opportunity to make this right. Please email us at [email protected]. If we can match the email to your order or an order number or anything at all, we would be happy to give you a 100% refund. We look forward to hearing from you.
