SCAM website, dont do it!! I was stupid enough to order a lean to gazebo for my patio, paid the money, got the email and receipt confirming the purchase. They said delivery would be shipped after 10 days. Obviously it never was, thankfully Barclays bank were awsome and refunded my money as soon as I reported it to them.

SCAM SITE BEWARE.No deleivery of bbq told many times it was processing(lie).said it would be delivered in 2-3 days 5 times(lie(.asked for refund told it was processing.(lie).put in request for a chargeback on my santader debit card and got my money back.do not buy from this company.cant understand why regulators havent stopped it trading.LYING SCAMMERS

They made repeated excuses as to why delivery was delayed, then just ignored my messages. They seem to enjoy fobbing you off for as long as possible. They will promise you tracking details and then just ignore you. If you have made the mistake of ordering from this company, contact your bank, raise a complaint and ask them to issue a charge back.

Ordered an outboard motor through a By Google link to their site 4 weeks ago. Despite numerous requests for delivery details to their e mail address and the customer service bot the outboard engine has not been delivered. This is a scam site.Do not be tempted to buy from them. I reported this to my bank and they credited the purchase price back to my credit card.

Avoid this company at all cost. It is a complete scam. I ordered an electric dirt bike for my son’s 10th birthday 6 weeks ago and I’m still trying to get a refund as bike never turned up. At first you get some response but it quickly becomes apparent that this is not the company it claims to be. The email communication is very basic and feels written by the same scamming individual. No company headers of footer to emails and terrible grammar. After a while you stop getting replies about a refund. You are told 3 days, then another 3 days, then another. You then get silence. In one email the scammer even apologised for my son not receiving my birthday present and assured me it would arrive. Karma is a b1tch and one day this will all come back to haunt them. £400 down the drain, trying to claim back through the bank. Please stay away my experience has followed every review on this page. You will not receive your goods

Absolute scum!! Complete scammers. Nothing ever arrives and you will not receive a refund!!! They don you off with rubbish excuses time and time again. They even removed the online chat option so I couldn’t keep messaging them regarding the refund that was taking 3 days and has now been 2 weeks!
