Communication was really good. The team was on top of our messages and replied really quickly. They were committed to cleaning our messy books and helped us catch up in no time. Nate himself was available whenever needed.

Ecombalance has played a huge role in helping us to straighten out our business financials. We started a business not knowing what we are doing and we’re fed a lot of misleading information from other “Professionals” that ultimately could have caused a lot of issues long term. Nathan and his team are phenomenal to work with.

I coach business owners on their finances, so I'm really familiar with what good bookkeeping looks like. I've been a client of Ecombalance for almost 6 months now and they've done a consistently great job. If you're in the e-comm space, I'd highly recommend them. They give accurate books on time, and I love the level of detail they provide in their monthly reports. When I've had questions or concerns, they've been super responsive. What more could you ask for?

I just worked with Ecombalance to sort out my books for '21. What I really appreciated from them is their guidance. More than just record keeping, they've given me some specific recommendations to help keep from raising any red flags with the IRS. I highly recommend!

The team at EcomBal is detailed, thorough, and pleasant to work with. Onboarding accounting time consuming and challenging, and requires A LOT of communication. It is the most difficult step in the process. The folks at EcomBalance were thorough and transparent with challenges in setup, and take to the time to explain accounting nuances that I don't understand so that my monthly reports are actually meaningful to me, and help me direct my small business. Their specialty is automation, so each month you get consistency and in the long term costs are reduced for everyone. Setting it up is not easy and takes a lot of patience and perseverance. I have been especially impressed with Shelia for her thoroughness and great client services by Zoom. I would definitely recommend them.

Ecomm Balance has been a gamechanger for our busienss. With us growing so fast and launching new revenue streams with different supply chains, it can be extremely challenging for us to stay organized and be on track to get books done on time and accurately. The team over at eComm Balance has been very accommodating and professional in their approach. Whatever your needs are eComm Balance can handle this. I highly recommend their services! Shout out to Shelia, Jasmine and Jocar for being so awesome to work with.
