Hi Marie, Thank you for sharing your honest feedback. We’re really sorry to hear that the Ecoden 2.0 Pillow didn’t work for you or your mother, even after giving it such a fair try. The height and firmness clearly weren’t the right match, and the discomfort you described — especially the pressure on the ears and increasing headaches — is not the experience we want for our customers. We truly appreciate you taking the time to let us know, as this helps us continue improving our designs. If you haven’t already, please reach out to our support team — we’d be happy to see how we can make this right for you. Thank you again for your time and feedback. Best regards, Dahlia

Hi Mise, Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful and honest feedback! We know how nerve-wracking it can be to try something new online, so we’re truly glad you trusted your gut and even happier to hear how much you’re loving your new pillow. It’s amazing to know that you’re finally sleeping deeply, waking without aches, and no longer battling with heat or restless nights. That’s exactly the experience we want every customer to have. We really appreciate your recommendation (even to those who don’t ask 😉). Thank you for giving us a chance and for reminding others that yes, we’re real and our pillow really works! Wishing you many more nights of amazing sleep ahead! Best regards, Dahlia
