I ordered the three box subscription for a pregnant friend, she got her first of three boxes and loved it but never got the second or third and she’s due in a few weeks. I sent an email three weeks ago—no reply. Really disappointed as this was not an inexpensive gift. No phone number to call only an email. Wouldn’t recommend.

Was initially sent the wrong box but it was quickly addressed and rectified. To receive replacement in a few days.

My box shipped out from 2 hours away from me and it took 8 days to get here. Also, after all of the excitment when i did get my box it was full of things I would not use. I am even missing one of the things that I picked to me in my box. The only thing I will use would be the salve which is one if the 2 items I picked but the only one i got. If it were possible to send the box back for even half a refund I would as its useless to me. I am just extremely disappointed.

One of the products leaked and I had to get rid of everything.

There were somethings missing from my order. I emailed them about it and still haven't heard anything back.

Hi, we responded to your inquiry the day we received it (please check your inbox again!) and mailed the missing product. I hope you will consider updating your review to reflect this customer service.
I'm not impressed with the selection of products. None are things I will use and I'm not impressed with the value of the box. If I could return, I would. I was under the impression that at least one of the items would be a toy for baby, which there wasn't. It's not what I expected.

Hi, we're so sorry to hear you weren't impressed with this month's selection. Each monthly collection is different but they all do have items for baby, just not always a toy. Since we offer 2 picks each month we do encourage you to select the toy offered if that seems important to you. We do guarantee retail value of $40+ depending on your choices so if you feel that was lacking from your box please contact us to investigate further. You can find product prices on our website.
I had more exception , products were not attractive to me at all!

Hi, it sounds like maybe there was a mistake with your box - we wouldn't put two of the same product in the box. We'd love to resolve this for you - please shoot us an email at [email protected]. Sorry for this negative experience I hope we can make it up to you!
