☺️We’re especially happy the seat adjustment worked out and helped you feel more comfortable and confident on the bike. And yes — the easy-access battery and built-in handle are some of our favorite features too! It means a lot to hear that the electric assist has made getting back into riding fun and enjoyable again. Thanks as well for the kind words about our customer support team — we’ll be sure to share this with them. Thank you so much for your support! 🥰

We’re especially happy the low-step frame has made riding more comfortable for you. Stories like yours are exactly why we designed it that way. And we have to say — hearing that riding this bike brings back memories of your younger days really put a smile on our faces. That feeling never gets old. 😊 Enjoy the ride, and here’s to many more happy miles ahead! 🚴

Thank you for your patience and for sharing your experience! We’re sorry again about the shipping damage, but we’re glad our team was able to respond quickly and get a replacement part on the way for you. We’re also happy we could help with your programming question. Thanks again for choosing Elico

Wow — thank you so much for sharing this! 🙌 This honestly made our whole team smile. We’re really glad we could help get you back riding, and it means a lot to us that you gave us the chance to make it right. Hearing that you’re loving your M1 (and cruising at 28 mph 😎) is exactly why we do what we do. That’s awesome, your brother is riding one too — welcome to the ECLIO family! We’d absolutely love to see your photo with the bike and the new battery.
