I ordered 5 roll on scents. One was not what I ordered. But, your customer service department quickly remedied the situation by mailing the correct one at no extra charge.

This spray dn smell like lilac m so bummed it is alcohol cheap fruity it’s nauseating and the roller perfume is very strong floral the lotion is like a string pine scent and the shampoo bar smells wonderful but I’m not sure how it is on my hair yet. I spent 93 and I’m pretty bummed my fault for trusting reviews

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear that several of the fragrances didn't meet your expectations. Scent is incredibly personal, and we understand how disappointing it can be when a fragrance smells different than you were hoping. We did want to clarify one point: none of our body sprays, perfume oils, lotions, or shampoo bars contain alcohol. Our body sprays are water-based and alcohol-free, so the note you experienced wasn't from alcohol but rather how the fragrance interacted with your individual sense of smell. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the scent of the shampoo bar, and we hope it performs just as well for your hair. We appreciate your honest feedback, as it helps other customers understand that fragrance preferences can vary from person to person. Thank you again for giving Eclectic Lady a try.
I have nothing but great experiences when ordering or dealing with Eclectic Lady. I have made several purchases from them for their Lilac Spray & Lilac soap which smell amazing. Recently I had a question & called the company, I spoke with the owner who was just amazing & answered all my questions. I will continue to order from them going forward. I just find it so nice to deal with a company who really cares about their customers. Thank you Eclectic Lady for being so great! Joanne 💜

I love me some good smells! I have purchased several different body spray and oils. They are always so good especially with double strength. If you haven’t tried them you should!
