Great experience fast and friendly didn't feel pressured at all. Except to buy the warranty and the car protecting stuff.

Bought a car from here and though they mentioned it's certified by them.. it had a squeaking noise coming from brakes after 1 month of purchase .. after 7-8 months when I went there for servicing they mentioned brake pads are all gone and you need replacement .. They don't negotiate which is fine but atleast don't compromise on quality.

My wife and I have bought two cars from EchoPark in the last two years. We love the whole experience, from first visit to purchase to every time we use the free car wash. :^) The only downside is that, due to the nature of their business, you can choose only from the colors, options, etc. that are in their inventory at a given time, and some trim levels and/or options can be very difficult to find. But for customer satisfaction before, during, and after the purchase process, there's nowhere better to buy a used vehicle.
