Excellent service!

Very poor after sale customer service. Almost abusive and degrading to talk to these folks. I had to go back to the dealer to fix major issues that they would not own up to within the 90-day warranty.

I received the best price for my trade-in through EchoPark, by far. Being able to drive vehicles that they ship from other stores is a benefit that most dealers do not offer. Staff was helpful from the start. Free car washes as long as you have the vehicle!
