40$ to ship 75 gift cards for ground delivery. This is price gouging.

This company has an older male employee that verbally abuses their customers when asking simple questions, for example, price breakdowns of their products and shipping. They overcharge by more than 3x for their ground shipping, and scream at you for asking questions on why when it doesn't match the current fed ex rates, and will then hang up the phone all while laughing at you for inquiring where your money is going.

Avoid. They are price gouging on shipping, which should be investigated for misleading and fictitious business practices. We'd rather have our own in-house system for gift cards. They should be ashamed of themselves trying to steal from small businesses as should Square, and other merchants for giving them business.

We are a small business and ordered gift cards through this company. Although the delivery carrier indicated that the package was on its way we never received it. When we contacted eCard to find out why we hadn't received our order they advised that they had shipped to the wrong address. Their attitude was dismissive and rude and the communication was terrible throughout. Another company that is happy to receive your money but clearly couldn't care less about providing any level of decent customer service.

Processing was quick and shipping ontime. Haven't sold any yet.

I was happy to find the opportunity to do gift cards. I ordered them and receive them within about 10 days. Haven’t actually issued any yet I will give an update when I see how the process works
