I was panicked this morning when QB refused to open after an update. Called and immediately was taken care of. Upgraded space and QB and they corrected the install errors. Everything is working perfectly now. Pricey, but it was worth my sanity.

Better books helped me repair and upgrade Quickbooks to new version (2023 Non-profit). In that process I was led to believe that what I paid them would cover all expenses for the QB program AND QB payroll for three years. Turns out QB payroll subscription is not covered. Now they just make excuses. Not even an apology. At one point, someone at betterbooks wrote to me on their chat line that they would review the tape of their conversation with me and get back to me. AFTER, but only after, I wrote a review on Trustpilot someone at betterbooks apparently reviewed the tape because I got an email saying that they had refunded all of our charges. I believe this was in response to me writing the Trustpilot review because about a week passed before I wrote the review.

Well organized help. However, QB should make it free to move data between QBO and the desktop version.
