Ordered a bag indicated in stock. One month later no sign of delivery. Received an email saying order had been cancelled. No apology or reason given, email for supposed customer service bounced. Appalling service.

They do not honor price matches for most of the big web vendors like Overstock.com, so check the big sites first before shopping there. Also, customer service is very poor, they don't have much power to help other than saying "I'm sorry". Bottom line - skip it unless the price is truly the best, but shop a lot before you go there.

My friend wanted this specific Isaac Mizrahi Mini Satchel bag. So I decided to get it for her as a late Christmas present. I ordered it from Ebags since they have special promotion of 20% off. I was happily able to use it. The bag looks really great. Genuine leather and it has a dust bag included. The only problem I encountered is that I felt scammed by Ebags. The receipt included in the package says that the price of the bag is 75% off of the original price listed on their site. So even if I got 20% off, I still paid way more than what the bag's real price. This is why I don't recommend to get any product here. You could look for this same item in a different online shopping site for the right price. I actually found the same bag in Amazon same discounted price of 75% off of original. Don't be fooled by their free shipping and other promotions. I'd never purchase anything here again. Very disappointing!!

Do NOT order from ebags.com if you are in Canada in case you have to do a return! I had to return the bag I ordered in Nov 2015. It took numerous calls and 2 weeks to finally receive the return instructions. The return involved driving to the other side of the city after work (1 hour) to the DHL office that is not open on weekends. No one could explain why the return shipping was $40 when the original shipping was $20. I also had to pay for the original shipping. So, the return ended up costing me $60 on a $100 bag!!!! And, in the end, the amount refunded was less than the amount I paid for the bag (probably due to the weakening Canadian dollar)

I've ordered from ebags several times and have always received great prices and quick delivery. It sounds to me like the biggest problem with Ebags, and the reason it has such a high number of bad reviews, occurs when something goes wrong and you need service. Since nothing has ever gone wrong for me, I'm a completely satisfied Ebags customer... although I am very wary now since reading all these other reviews. I just ordered two large Swiss Gear pieces of luggage and got them at an incredibly low price in just a few days. Bags arrived in great shape. Couldn't be happier.

I am new to this site, and purchased one item from ebags. I decided to return it because they don't do exchanges. I do a lot of online shopping and have never encountered a website OR store with such an exchange policy. I was informed they do not do exchanges unless an item is defective. Therefore, you cannot exchange for a different item of the same price, they will not do that. Unless I got a customer service representative that was misinformed, this is the most illogical policy for a company to have. I concluded ebags must be an ill run and owned discount site and I will not be a return customer.
