Ease and professional service and no pressure.
I submitted an inquiry to Eazyfare and Kartik was quick to respond. Took information from me to understand my requirement and searched for tickets for me for the travel of my wife from Toronto to Delhi. He made great effort to find the best possible rate and flight for me. After a few conversations we zeroed down to a flight and he immediately blocked the tickets and sent me the itenary. Here it is important to mention due the uncertain war like situation in India the flights are not easily available, however Kartik took his time and extra time to ensure that my ticket is booked and confirmed. Sadly, my wife's plan got canceled and we did not move forward doing business with Kartik. How ever seeing his professional and eager to serving attitude, I am going to consider calling him back when we are ready to travel. Great service attitude shown here.
