EasyWebinarReviews of easywebinar.com

I've worked with a lot of software platforms, and the onboarding experience with EasyWebinar genuinely stood out. Sai and Rakesh walked me through every step of setting up my evergreen webinar with patience and real expertise — no runaround, no generic help articles, just actual human support that got the job done. If customer service like this is standard at EasyWebinar, they've earned a long-term customer. — Dr. Lindsay Emmerson, Licensed Clinical Psychologist & Founder, Parenting With Psychology

Easywebinar is such a powerful tool to automate the sales of my digital courses. I run a multilingual business (English and French), and it's definitely impressive to see this plateform work and integrate well with all my other systems like Deadline Funnel, Active Campaign, Leadpages and Samcart. The support team is relentless in fixing the technical issues, regardless of the complexity, which I admire very much.

Rakesh and the team have been exceptional in helping us make decisions on how to integrate our systems. He's made himself available and gone the extra to help answer questions and make sure we're moving forward in the best way possible. We appreciate the effort made to help us.

I used Easywebinar for years, but since Easywebinar next, there are so many bugs, that I changed the platform. It was not possible for me to create a stable working automated webinar gold nor a live webinar with the current version. If you use another language than Englisch, the webinar room shows always up in English. "The webinar attendees should use Google translator" was the answer of the support team. There are bad black bars beside the stream and the support said "Other platforms have these black bars too". I payed over 900 USD for nothing - a solution that does no longer work for me. There is no chance of a refund.

Charged me about $200 after I asked to cancel my membership days in advance of the next payment - refused to refund. Ugly, un-intuitive, annoying software too.

It's a scam. They tell you it's free, but you are signing up for a 7 day trial version! When you ask them why it said " free version" they play dumb. . Do NOT sign up!!!

Poor customer support. Takes hours or even days to get your issue resolved.

fast and supportive! thanks team!
