Good service

Easyship provides affordable shipping solutions to everyone - big and small businesses alike. It’s an all-in-one service - the missing link in the shipping industry and a win-win solution for all parties globally. I give it 4 stars because the service still has rooms for improvements. I’d like to see the service available for pickup in China shipping out internationally. This is the big hub that should not be ignored. Shipping out from HK is strangely still very expensive.

The FedEx certification process is really complicated. You can't use Easyship to partially fulfilled orders with Shopify. You can't use Easyship to use ETD for International shipping. Maybe next time...

It does the job and it helps us a lot especially when integrated with Shopify. No problems so far and once understood how it works it's not too difficult to use...

We do not get answers to our queries. Only automated reply saying we have received your query and looking into it. not just once but all the time
