The entire rental process was smooth and stress-free. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The staff was always responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. Highly recommended!

I left an earlier review pertaining to my stay at Broadway. I'll expand on that, and my stay at another property with Easy Living. I couldn't have asked for better landlords! Clean apartments, great roommates, same day responses to repairs etc. Our toilet bowl got choked one morning and in a couple of hours it was all fixed. Same for a malfunctioning laundry machine. I had the privilege of interacting with Fred, Daniela and Mark. They're all great folks- professional, friendly and responsive. When I had to move out early due to an urgent personal situation Easy Living was very understanding- and for that I am extremely grateful. Highly recommended. Look no further when looking for places to stay in NYC>

My time with easy living was efficient and convenient. Staff was responsive with maintenance requests and concerns in general. The room I had was extremely spacious and came with a generous walk-in closet. They were understanding about my situation of having to move out earlier as well. Recommended for short term stay for anyone deciding.

Living here has been awesome! The team is super easy to reach and always quick to help whenever I need anything. The community feels really welcoming and laid-back, and it’s clear they actually care about the people who live here. I’m really happy I chose to stay here! it’s been a great experience all around.

EasyLiving helped me find a luxury apartment room in the middle of Times Square on very short notice when I had just relocated to NYC! They made the move in process so easy, and staffed me with wonderful roommates. They gave me a fully furnished, very spacious bedroom and a very clean bathroom. They also kept the room in a tidy order. Will definitely be renting from them again if I return to NYC!

Very comfortable experience during my short term lease. The Upper West was also convenient place to stay and was within reasonable commute.

Ciao, my name is Davide, Guys I recommend Easyliving to everyone for the first time you have to move to New York City. I felt at home, there is everything needed to live. If you need immediate assistance, they are readily available to troubleshoot and find a solution. I loved my baby room, I miss it already!! I also wanted to say thank you Anthony Campbell (community manager) of Easyliving, a person who is always available and very kind.

Highly recommendable! As an international student, finding a suitable residence in New York is challenging. I was lucky to find Easy Living. I had an impeccable experience staying with them at Broadway!
