Bait & Switch
The company is set up to claim power-of-attorney over you for the purposes of requesting a carnet, then problem just proceeds to use one of the approved services from the USCIB website. Pricing for me changed three times (once in a chat estimate, once on the dashboard and once again once the trip got closer) and went up each time. When I asked for an explanation, I stopped getting any communication. Prior to that point I was getting a few calls/emails per day that definitely had more of a sales character than a customer service purpose. I would recommend using one of the sites listed on USCIB, it was nearly half the cost.
