ordered a wheelchair directly on their website. the wheelchair had some minor issues, I contacted them and got replacement parts sent quickly. overall great service. I'm still learning how to navigate backwards in narrow spaces but otherwise it's really intuitive. would recommend them.

To help you resolve this matter as quickly as possible, we recommend the following steps: Contact ECOBAT’s customer service directly, as they are the seller responsible for this order and refund process. If you do not receive a timely response, we also suggest contacting your bank or payment provider to initiate a dispute and, if applicable, request a payment freeze. Once the bank is involved, the chances of successfully recovering the funds are usually much higher. Ordered a wheelchair for my 89 year old mother it was delivered within 2 days (great service) unfortunately it was damaged. I contacted the customer service team and a replacement was sent out within 2 days!! Excellent service and delivery
