The manager even said he “needed to put his glasses on” to see the issues — maybe he should’ve worn them during the repair! If your insurer tries to send you here, refuse. Don’t be fooled by the “manufacturer approved” claim — it means nothing. Awful workmanship, poor service, and zero care. Avoid!
