The Limo ride itself was excellent. Cleanliness of Limo was excellent. The driver on the other hand was flat out rude to everyone with the exception of our wddding party riding in the Limo. He told the very nice lady at The Neon Museum to shut up and he would inform us of where he was going to park to wait for our photo shoot. He literally pointed at her while interrupting her and yelled at her. Like I said he was polite to our party but what horrible customer service and attitude towards everyone else. (Follow up on my experience, I was contacted within 5 minutes by Nicole one of the owners and we discussed my experience. She was very sincere in her apology and comped us a free limo ride from the airport on our next trip. And as I mentioned to her that I would use Earth Limos in the future, everyone deserves a 2nd chance. I think the driver was having a very bad day. And as she stated their is no excuse for that. ) Thank you Nicole!!

Always was a great experience for large or small group. All drivers have been more than helpful, timely and provided more than what was promised. Nicest guys in the office and on the street and the big limo bus is awesome! Wouldn't work with anyone else.

I am a travel agent that was looking for car service on Fight Weekend in Las Vegas, 5/1/2015.Our usual car service provider, Carey International, had already been booked solid so I had to search for alternate means of transportation. I found Earth Limos through nla.com (National Limousine Association) and decided to look into their company further after seeing pretty good reviews on Yelp.com. I visited their website late at night and was pleased to see they had a 24/7 chat line. I spoke with Carlos, informed him of my needs, and was sent quotes for the vehicles requested. I was looking specifically for a Mercedes Benz Sprinter or 2 SUVs for 24-hr as-directed chauffeured service if the Sprinter wasn't available. Long story short, after having no success searching for other companies that might have a Sprinter for about a week, I returned to Earth Limos. I called to ensure the two SUVs originally requested were still available for use, and sent in their credit card authorization form, as requested. A day or so later I was contacted by Carlos to verify travel itinerary details. I e-mailed back the following day informing him I would be calling their office directly to iron out the details. When I called, I was informed no more vehicles were available. This was about 3 days before fight weekend. After two never-returned phone calls to their manager Sharlene I booked with another company. I called back to confirm cancellation after never receiving a cancellation confirmation e-mail showing a $0.00 charge to my credit card, I called again the following day. After waiting on hold for 10 minutes, calling back and waiting a few more, I was finally able to speak to Sharlene who then put me on hold after being interrupted during our call. Sharlene then provided all cancellation confirmation details, as requested. No one was ever rid or shot with me, but their business organization and accountability practices leave much to be desired.

Earth Limos provides great service, nice vehicles and courteous drivers.

We couldn't have made this trip any better....Earth Limos was able to pick up all 20 of my party in that first class style that only be Vegas!! I will always use Earth Limo and definitely recommend them!!

I rented for a customer , 3 days of Humvee stretched Limo at around $ 1200 per 8 hours, I got a filthy interior Humvee, interior in bad shape but Driver was nice and good, exterior is good still, I had serious complaint from my Customer that after paid so much this kind of vehicle that they got

We rented the 35 passenger bus for my husband 40th birthday! It was a blast. Jason, the driving, was the best!!! I would do it all over again!
