Fast easy and convenient. Do it every year Love the system

E-file for us was a very positive experience. The prompts were very helpful. We did our taxes in about a couple hours and got them back faster. This was our first time using E-file but we will be using it again and it is free to use. Thank you.

I was only on hold 30 seconds in late Jan and early Feb... Sadiqa... Answered both times.. She walked me through both issues I had in an attempt to fix my 2025 return. I was at the issue and had it corrected in just minutes.... Well spoken and easy to understand. Glad I filed with e file and I will be back in 2026!!
