E-file stepped me through step by step the return. I felt confident there were no mistakes. First time I have used E-file and will use it again.

My filing was rejected several times by the IRS and each time support gave me instructions that I could follow. I really appreciated getting timely responses. I guess the one thing that could be better would be if there were instructions during the process for anticipated problems.

Very simple to use, communications upon submit were effective, great tool overall.

I wanted to file but you did not give me all the forms I only had one form and when I got done I could not find any others that I needed and it said I get a refund but actually I owe the IRS now they will think I did not file all my forms your site is crap and I’ll never use it again, you really screw me and I will let the IRS know your site is no good and they should not accept any final tax papers since you don’t have them all. You all have a nice day. I’m very very upset with your site.

very easy to use

Simplified for the average joe just looking for quick return but also offers the ability to get into all the deductions available with a step by step walk you through it assistance for those who's taxes are a little more involved. I plan to use e-file from now on. Thanks.

Fairly easy to maneuver through the process. A little complicated recognizing ads from required information popup pages.
