Worked directly with Paul on the development of my website. He was always professional and extremely responsive to any questions and concerns.

I am very pleased with the finished web site, it is up and running and I love the look of it. The actual design aspect took a while to finish and I think a big part of the problem was the time difference between us. I found change requests seemed to take 24 hrs or longer to complete, which I found frustrating. However, Kimm was great about contacting me and keeping me up to date and always answered my texts promptly.

This process started out slow for me because there is so much to learn. It has taken longer due to several things that I needed to provide. But in the end Kimm has always helped me with understanding the process and what needed to happen along the way. I am glad that I had someone to talk to and explain how things go in this process. There are some things thati would change during the process as to any and all items that are not included in the package. By informing the client in advance.

Sorry I would give 5 stars but I had numerous project managers. Finally I was able to be satisfied with the work provided to be by Jenny. She is professional and courteous. It was great to finally have a project manager that brought my website to life.

Had a wonderful experience, they kept me loop during the whole process and made me feel like I was part of it. It was also a beautiful learning experience with these people. Highly recommend them

The team is very knowledgeable and responsive. Process took longer than expected due to antiquated original website configuration and some early communication challenges, but overall, we are happy with the result.
