Thank you! Fast quotes and reliable delivery matter enormously when translations feed an approval process, so it means a lot to hear that from OSPI. We're glad to handle your translation work and look forward to keeping that standard. - Jake L., Dynamic Language
Some of the items asked to be translated were not actually translated into the requested languages. This is not the first time this has happened, and it is incredibly frustrating that despite paying for a service that I would still need to resort to Google translate to complete the request. The person assigned to our account is always helpful and quick in their communications. Also, requesting interpreters for a language that is common in our region (Spanish) has a two week service completion possibility which leaves me with the inability to see Dynamic Language as reliable or dependable.

Thank you for taking the time to write this. The issues you describe, items that did not come back in the languages you requested and a two-week wait for Spanish interpreting, are both concerns that we take seriously. Your review has been escalated internally, including to me, and our operations team is reviewing the requests behind it, so we understand what happened on our side. Your account manager has been trying to reach you directly and would welcome the chance to go through both with you. You also mentioned that your account contact is helpful and quick to respond. We want the rest of the experience to match that. You can reach me any time at [email protected]. - Rick A., CEO, Dynamic Language
