Great customer service, since my order's placement I have been sent plenty of emails further explaining their process. I am excited and can't wait to receive my sabers!

With the new change in management I can say with confidence that DX Sabers is redeeming itself from the negative reputation it had from previous years. I had my first run-in with DX Sabers at the local comic con last year. Under previous management you would have had to go through the legal process to get what they owed you. With the current management I was able to talk to people who are reliable and sent me what I was owed for nearly a year which was a free mystery saber as compensation that the previous management promised due to their actions. Just like Darth Vader on the second Death Star they have redeemed themselves and you can now trust that you can shop without any worry.

Had a saber performance at tsubasacon and Paul really hooked us up. Super helpful guy!

Fantastic service and quality.

I ordered the mystery pack, which came with two sabers, and when they arrived, we could only get one of them to work. I emailed them, and they replied the next day, with some instructions on what we could try. It took a couple of days until the daughter could get around to trying their suggestions... but, they emailed everyday, asking how things were going. The daughter was able to follow their instructions, and got the saber working. Timely responses, and helpful suggestions!!

There was some crazy transaction I made at a con that the people who were repping DX Sabers did. Basically they over promised me. Something took my money then were unable to deliver. I wrote into customer support and they handled it expertly with professionalism and kindness! An important note is that the front facing folks took my payment not out of malice. They were trying to meet my needs but wound up promising outside of their scope. I appreciate the attempt and am impressed DX Sabers delivered anyway! As a consumer I try to buy from companies like this based on their support reputation. And I’m pleased to say they do a great job in that regard!!

He is absolutely amazing!!!!!! My sister and I got Obi-Wan and Anakin sabers and regularly duel them. The quality of the sabers themselves are incredible and so sturdy!!!!
