They expect you to pay for the course before they disclose information about the course that you will need to complete the course like a case number witch I didn't have cause my case is unfiled. So I cancelled my order and then they don't want to refund your money because they don't care about you as a individual as they state all they care about is taking your money after they got your money they can care less about you.and don't expect them to answer the phone or give you all call back

I accidentally lost the link to zoom minutes before the class on Monday. Desperatedly I called the company at one minute before 9 and minutes later. A recording answered. Finally when a lady answer the phone and I complained that nobody was there to answer in spite of the fact that they claim hours starting at 8 am, the lady coldly told me that it is my responsibility. I asked for a link to zoom. She did not send it. I called again and she told me that she will report "my abuse to the administration". Consequently I lost the class and, automatically I lost the one tomorrow. I will be out $150. I can not conceibe that problems like mine could not be anticipated by the company. Instead to try to remedy immediately, they don't act so we have to pay more money. This is he classic "racket". Probably as a result of this review more bad consequences will come to me but I do not care if I my review can alert other persons regarding this company.

Tracy is a great instructor and shifted my belief of these types of programs. She is down to earth and very receptive to the class opinions and questions. I will definitely be taking the SAE course after the holidays
