Hi Bette, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you’ve experienced. When your refund was escalated to our Finance Department, the transaction had passed the eligible refund window. We then explored alternative refund methods, but due to our policy requiring refunds to be issued to the original payment card, the request could not be processed. We regret any miscommunication regarding Zelle and the delays you’ve faced. Please contact our Support Team directly at [email protected], and we’ll do our best to find a resolution that works for you. We value your feedback and are committed to improving our processes. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Best regards, Team Dwelio
