I had read some negative reviews about the Dutyfreedepot company. People may have a bad experience. However, I have been a customer of Dutyfreedepot for six months. I am very satisfied with their service. It takes time for your items to be delivered between 10-20 business days but it is what they said in their Website. I don't have any proplem with this. After I placed my orders then I got confirmation that my order went through and received confimation for shipping date. I ordered many times and many boxes of Rothman Cigarette online. I have to sign in order to receive the boxes. It is a good business. Thanks Duty Free Depot:)

It takes time for your items to be delivered but if you catch yourself running low order more of the items so there is no gap in the waiting for more of the same item. They only problem I have the website is sometimes difficult to maneuver through.
