I was reluctant to order Karelia ome menthol cigarettes from this company after reading the reviews, I did however, and received then within 10 days. I cannot complain at all and will definitely be ordering again.

I have been using this company on and off for a few years. Their product is much cheaper than the market price. One week ago, I made a $280 order. But, I found out that it will take more than 3 weeks for the goods to arrive. I asked for a refund. However, the company sent me an email: "You have requested a refund back into your credit card/bank. Unfortunately, it is our policy that customers who are refunded will not be able to order with us or any affiliated company of ours again as refunds hurt our working relationship with our bank." I am speechless.

I ordered 500g of golden Virginia 10 x 50g I was a bit reluctant to do so as there was a lot of negative reviews about this company , but then I read good reviews anyway I put the order through on the 21/05/15 it states clearly it can take up to 21days so that was fine after all it was coming from abroad , I received my tobacco today , this company is fantastic , if I go to Tesco / Morrison's / Asda it would have cost me nearly £19.00 per 50g I got mine for £62 for 10 x 50g so I saved £130 . ok so it takes 3 weeks so what if I am going to save £130 every time I need bacca it can take 6weeks!!! just order more before you run out , another thing you know its the real bacca you get !!! and not some rat droppings that's going around at the moment , DUTY FREE DEPOT ARE A FANTASTIC COMPANY I KNOW WHERE I WILL BE BUYING MINE FROM NOW ON . ian ----Grimsby ps---------------- THIS COMPANY IS NOT A SCAM--------------------- the people who have wrote bad reviews about this company are talking rubbish they are probably looking to get refunds and they have their items / or they just like to complain about anything !!!!! trust me this company is great I don't smoke cigarettes , but you can buy them at DFD for 80p for 20 they are over £7 in the uk for Christ sake !!!!!!!

Ordered mid-March, no delivery as items were reshipped and lost twice. Contacted them mid-May for a refund where they emailed me back stating I would not be able to reorder ever again ??? from them since I'm requesting a refund. This was the only reason they stated for this. Question..am I supposed to let you keep my money, and do you actually expect me to reorder ever again after this experience??? And still, NO REFUND RECEIVED!!

Fake business, liars and crooks. My honest advice: don't do business with them as you'll be sorry. Ordered mid May 2015, now disputing the charge on my Visa card.

They take your money and don't deliver. They say they will reship, but still nothing. Finally, they told me they would issue a credit. We shall see. Don't do business with this company.

Used this site recently to order some Lucky Strike rolling tobacco. I was concerned after seeing some of the poor reviews below but went ahead with the order. It took a little over 3 weeks to ship to the UK, that was fine though as they explicitly said it could take up to 21 business days arrived. Am so happy to know I have a way to get my favourite baccy in the UK (at great prices as well) and am very pleased with the product, definitely 100% genuine

I ordered 6 Thierry Mugler roll-on deodorants and I received 6 Lady Speed Stick deodorants instead. It's true that the prise was extremely low for a Thierry Mugler product, but when they called me to confirm the order, I asked if the products were for real and they said yes. Only after receiving the order I have realised that on their website there is no Contact Section, only an invalid phone number, and also if you want to leave a review, that's not possible. I sent n email and no answer! I am going to report this company! NEVER ORDER FROM THEM !!
