3 months waiting. Awful
3 months waiting, no delivery. No useful response, other than patronising emails . Awful will post every month till I have an outcome

The absolute worse customer service.
The absolute worse customer service. They only communicate via email and refuse to issue refunds after waiting 2 months on a lost shipment they expect for you to be patient at your own expense for their lack of a proper shipping company. In the end I ended up contacting my credit card company to file a claim for a fraudulent transaction.

No communication that’s actually worth…
No communication that’s actually worth the time to read. 2 months and still have not received my order of tactical pants. Shipping company said to be patient a month ago. Yeah well still not here and no response when you contact them for a second time
