BEWARE!!! I rented a 20 yard dumpster in July 2019. I thought it was a good deal until Oct 8th when I got an email saying i was over 3.5 tons over my 2 ton weight limit and and extra fee of $352 dollars to be automatically charged to my credit card on file. What a surprise. No phone call, just an email. I know have no way of being able to tell if this is even true at this point. But almost 3 months later? I am sure it was dumped the same or next day. a month later maybe, but almost 90 days I get shocked with this. Even if it is true that it was overweight, who is doing their books? Make sure that you understand what the charges are with these snakes. The driver that picked up the dumpster had a sorry attitude, and the one that dropped it off rang the door bell at 6 AM and had an attitude when I told him maybe he should have called first as I was told when I made the order. What an ordea!!!! Shop around, it seemed like a good deal, but I wish I had gone local. BEWARE!!!

Service was good. Salesman communicated very well for both delivery and pickup. I have rented dumpsters in the past and was used to renting dumpsters by the month and was a little surprised/ irritated to see that the terms included only 10 days rental with a $15/day charge after that. This seems to be the standard for residential dumpsters now.

Customer service was very good. The turnaround time on pick up/drop off was acceptable for my job.
