Hi Gema, Thank you for your honest feedback, we really appreciate you pointing this out. We’re glad to hear the website and ordering process were easy to navigate, but we understand your concern regarding the additional fees. Our goal is always to be as transparent as possible, and fees like trip or relocation charges typically depend on specific situations, which is why they’re outlined in the rental terms. That said, we agree that making this clearer earlier in the process is important, and we’ll take your feedback into account as we continue improving how pricing details are presented. If you ever have questions about specific charges, our team is always happy to walk through everything upfront to avoid any surprises. Thanks again for bringing this to our attention.
