I found out during the Visa interview that the embassy needed confirmed tickets with billing information. I just had the dummy tickets, so I quickly WhatsApped the folks in dummyticket.com and within 30 mins not only did they send me the confirmed ticket details but also charged me just the extra amount from the earlier set of dummy tickets while I was at the vfs. Very professional service ! 10/10 would recommend

Poor customer service.. I tried calling.. the numbers are either disconnected or no one answers.. so i contacted through whatsapp.. they take ages to reply.. no proper feedback.. customer service quality is Zero.. no clear information is provided about when I will receive my ticket.. im worried if I will get the ticket or not.

My schengen visa application was rejected as the Embassy Couldn't verify my ticket, and although I showed their customer service the official letter from the embassy, they still claim its not their fault
