Overall the support was very good it…
Overall the support was very good it took maybe a bit of time 2-4 hours but thats prob gonna be bc of the timezone the supporter @trix did a very good job in the section about spoofers, sadly at the end the overall support was a bit delayed i bought a service for someone to do the perm spoofer for me but sadly trix got sick but i aint judging about it its smth normal! at the end i got the money back into store credit and bought a temp spoofer w it pretty sad that its only a temp spoofer for the next days bc i was praying to play the game for long term and not for only 15 days.

Thank you for the honest feedback, we really appreciate it. You’re absolutely right, response times can sometimes vary a bit depending on timezone and overall ticket volume, but we always aim to stay within a reasonable window. We’re glad Trix was able to properly guide you through the spoofer section and provide solid support while he was available. Regarding the permanent spoofer service, sometimes unexpected real-life situations happen, and health always comes first. As soon as that occurred, issuing store credit was the fastest way to make sure you weren’t left waiting indefinitely. We understand it’s frustrating when you were planning for a long-term solution rather than a 15-day temporary one. If you’re still looking to move toward a permanent setup, feel free to open a ticket and we’ll help you plan the best path forward so you’re not stuck short-term. Appreciate you being understanding, that goes a long way.
