The pair of sneakers I got were too tight. I was able to return them for a wider pair that fit fine. Much appreciated.

I contacted the number provided on the website to ask questions about their shoes. "Ron" spent over 30mins explaining the shoes I was I questioning for my father. In the end, I ordered 3 pairs! I am hoping the shoes work out for my elderly father, and if so, they have made a long term customer!!

Wow, thanks for sharing this! I remember our chat, and I genuinely enjoyed helping you find the right shoes for your father. Fingers crossed that your dad finds them comfortable! If there’s anything else you need or if you have any feedback after he tries them on, please don’t hesitate to reach back out. Wishing the best for your father, and thank you so much for giving us a shot! - Ron
You confirmed an order and debited my account for a product you do not have in stock. However it was advertised as being available. I am waiting to be refunded. I can amend my rating when I receive a full refund for the product and shipping cost. UPDATE: Thank you for your prompt and courteous response. I appreciate the quick and efficient refund for an ordered product that was not available.

I'm sorry for the mix-up. It looks like you've already got your refund, and I hope that helps mend things a bit. I know we dropped the ball here, and I'm really thankful you've been patient with us. If there's anything else you need or if you have any more feedback, just let me know. We'd love to have you back sometime, and we'll do our best to make sure it's a better experience next time around. Thanks you, Ron.
The website was easy to navigate. One thing that should be noted is that the cost should be stipulated that it is in u.s. $.. The other thing is that the wait time for the product is a little excessive but for service i am willing to wait and am looking forward to receiving my boots.

Thank you so much for the feedback, and I'm glad you found our website easy to navigate! Your point about specifying the currency as U.S. dollars is well taken, and we'll work on making that clearer. I do apologize for the longer wait time for your boots, but I'm happy to hear you're willing to wait based on our service. Your understanding really mean a lot to us, and we'll do everything we can to get those boots shipped international to you as quickly as possible. If you have any other thoughts or need anything else, please feel free to reach out. Thanks again!
Even though the shoes I wanted were not available, the customer service responce was tremendous. They were helpful, offering a like, more expensive shoe, at the same lower price. Will definately be back again. Thank you Ron...

It's wonderful to hear that even though we didn't have the exact shoes you were looking for, our customer service was able to assist you in a way that made your experience positive. Offering you a similar, more expensive pair at the same price was the least we could do, and we're glad it worked for you. I'll be sure to pass along your thanks to Ron! Your kind words mean a lot, and we look forward to serving you again in the future. Thank you!
