I have been so so pleased with the customer service you've provided. I have had imperfect product and every time you've made it right. And I have also had perfect DTF's that come in with surprisingly fast turn around time. I appreciate your work!!

I ordered transfers which were great but I messed up one and thought if I gave the order number and paid that I could get the order replaced. NOPE! The guy that answered the phone asked for the order number which I gave and he kept going around and around. I finally had my husband get the order replaced and which came very quickly. But I got 2 boxes. I didn’t know what to think except maybe he ordered 2 just in case. NOPE! I received my order and an order for a roofing company in Florida. I called DTF center and got the got the same guy who again was rude. Explained what happened and he asked for the order number of the roofing company which it is not my order so I did not have it. He kept asking for and the after about 10 minutes I hung up so frustrated. If this is the customer service, I will not be ordering again from them.
